Using one of our search engines:
The primary search bar at the front page is a customized search engine using our local Multiple Listing Service data with a focus on residential real estate in Canon City.
The Explore MLS allows you to look at every type of property (land/mountain/commercial/broader) in the Royal Gorge MLS data base. It is broader in scope, provides more options but is also a bit more cumbersome.
The featured listings is a look at what we have to offer and is nicely displayed. It starts out with a scroll bar of our listings, see something you like; click on it and it takes you to that listings page.
Customized Search: Give us a call and let us get to know what you are looking for and we’ll develop a customized search for you. You will receive a customized search that provides you updated information as quickly as it appears. You can organize the information so you so you can do an organized “drive by”. Take a look and then let us know what you want to see. We will make the arrangements so you can take a look. After a look inside, you’ll narrow down your search and we’ll help you with the rest of the process.
Either way we want you to find the right home to get to know what you want in the way of a home. For example you may be interested in a low maintenance yard but want a lot of garage space including a shop. Someone else may want a town home with no yard to maintain or on the flip side you may want a large yard with irrigation water and you love to garden.
